Oops forgot it drops in POE if you are ele flagged I'm not yet so looks like i lucked out on finging it

Ok i can confirm in a trip down to kill Kirn today for a shammy friend it did drop. Don't ask me off of what i don't even remember but it sits in my inventory atm and i'm not even elemental flagged so it does drop.
(Update)
Ok had to go down to the hole again and help my necro friend get another ball of clay. Got it again relatively quick, about 20 minutes. Dropped off of a Destoyed Construct down right inside the city area right before we got to the bank. Its a common mob and i think it was the same mob that dropped it last time, so i'd focus on the golems not on the elementals. My guess is if you bounce around this area and kill the constructs one will randomly drop it.
