You can also buy this Tome from {Zhao V'Karin in the PoK Libary and Romidia Truesword in Abysmal Sea} just thought this may be helpfull to those that would like to know.

WOW! Thats all i have to say about this and the aa Improved HT. I was in Bot just now on my 65 Sk he has 463 AA's now but he just used this discipline and Imporved Ht and it was an 8.3k blast! Yes that is right 8.3K!!!!! Just wanted to let you guys know about that.
