I don't get these quest...what exaclty are u supposed to do?
All you need to do is buy the book that you need and simply turn it in to ANY guild master of YOUR class.
I am a beastlord and turned mine into the Beastlord guild master in the Plane of Knowledge. He said to use my new skill wisely, I think, and off I went.
To access your skills ... you need to bring up your discipline window and hit the make hotbutton button. Then you can select the one you wish to use. I brought my resistance skill down to the main main hotbutton window and close the discipline window so I could have more screen room.

at 65 you get +20 to all saves and it lasts 5 minutes. alot better then what it used to be.
