I guess this discipline becomes obsolete once you get the AA "Fearless" which is already at level 59. (Makes you permanently immune to fear.)

Not really usefull as u dont know who/what is going to fear u ahead of time. Much better to put up Resistant Disc. against caster to +16 all ur resists.

In some cases, you do know what's going to cast Fear. Raid targets come to mind.
