Plat. Sinkhole

This casino thing is just SOE's way of sucking all the plat. out of the game. Tried 1K myself and I am done with it!

offcourse it is especially since it is new, on the other hand, some economies really need such. 120pp for a stack of spidersilk is not normal anymore either. As a consequence also the price of items will go down. But as some ppl have already said, some very nice items can be won wich also come at a price and you have the chance to win it with a single lucky shot.

besides there is a new plat in the game called AP no you can't trnsfer it, but you get some nice reward for your hard work.
lucky?

the only thing is, if you turn in four coins and get four tickets for them three tickets will be destroyed, as they are lore

And out of your 900+ tries you got no pay out other than some nifty geegaws? Personally, I am too conservative with my money. I limited myself to 5k. I won about 30 tokens back, so out of 80 tries, I got some herb stew and vegetable stew. They must figure that because I am a troll they can give me some food instead of real prizes...

Like to figure out some ratios for tokens per golden tickets.

By the way, I *heard* that someone on my server (Rodcet) won a chain bridle like the one that Seru drops. Very tasty.

got some food, some potions, and a 5 charge illusion tree rod. I have no droppable upgrades, so the cash doesn't really matter. way more than 900 tries though... several times I put four in, got 120 back. 2 and five back are actually pretty common.

I spent 2k (I know .. not much). First I tried the barbarian and only won a str sandwich on 500pp (5 tries). Then I went to the hybrid one and spent 1.5k (15 tries). I won back 37 more coins and spent them back. All-in-all I won a illusion dark elf potion, 2 of the high end hybrid sandwiches and 9 of the low end ones. Seems rare is you can get 20 coins back. More common is 2, 5 or 10. Illusions seem pretty rare and no drop stat food is pretty common. Gold tick is ultra rare or just chance of the random number generator.

Dumped about 100k into it so far and nothing better than beer goggles to show for it. I'm going to have to agree that this is primarily Sony's way of balancing the economy.
