non listed stuns cap at 55, stusn that land higher would be specified in spell file.
Aggro is still generated though

What is the max level that the stun effect lands on?

This stun effect has no level limit for the mob. It is based solely on the mobs magic resist check.

It also has a (-100) resist adjust making this a fairly difficult spell to resist. Keep in mind that the wizard lure line of spells are a (-300) resistadj and that most of the player cast stun spells are a 0 resist adjust.

Also, to give you a point of reference. The Planar Strike proc that is on the Sword of the Bloodsworn, and Planar Stun that is on the Greatstaff of Thunder are both a 0 resist adjust, so expect this proc to be resisted much less often than either.

The main reason this weapon is only 15dmg, is because of being a piercing weapon that a rogue could use. The backstab dmg off of a 15dmg at lvl 60 is around 575... not includeing double backstabs or crits. Any higher and woould be doing ungodly dmg compared to the tanks trying to keep agro.

Consider that these above classes dual weild.
If they had 24/20 weapons that would be very unfair to the one weapon classes, pal/sk.
It's all balanced out, in the end... supposedly. =)

ok compare this to the 1hb for paladins sks. This is 15 22. The other one is 24 20. Still want to know why paladins and SK not only have better snap aggro but overall aggro retention?

Warrior/PallySK aggro difference is spells. Stuns/Group Heals for Pallies and Dots/Snares/Jolts for SKs.
