The yeti caves marked as #1 on the eqatlas DL map.Of course I started at the southern most caves and worked my way up to the NW caves.

It's correct, it's used in a subquest for Shackle of Tynnonium. As you turn in your Shackle of Steel to A Tomekeeper in Kaesora, you receive a random tome with a subquest. One of the subquests requires Frozen Soulstone.
