Edit: Just upgraded this recently (I'm not guilded so no ubah gear) and with all the new items flooding the market seems my asking price of 8k is still too high for the general public. I'm already cutting a 46k loss on this.
All the people selling new items from the 'latest & greatest' that are attunable need to ***** their heads on tighter, with an asking price of 200k (on CT) for a bracer with an extra 2 to each stat and maybe another 30hp. Who actually pays for that for an item that once equipped is 'destroy' fodder the next time something that eclipses it drops on a raid?
The point of droppables is that you can recover your money when done (supposedly).

Also Deepest Guk is the least used themes in LDoN. On my server currently the top person in Deepest Guk has appox 150-200 wins less then all the other themes (the others appear about even).
So a hard setting dropable bracer in the least used theme would drive up the price quite a bit due to rarity.

The AC for one, is incredible... You'd be pretty pushed to top this, short of class specific big boss drops (i.e. Wristguard of Thunder). 75 hp/mana, and droppable to boot. It's not worth 63k, but it's worth a hell of a lot.
They have great stats. 75 hp/mana on a bracer is pretty sweet, for a droppable item. Plus, priced on this site are usually a bit inflated.
