How come I can't find Griffawn Feather on the site?

Ieandra Pael at the Wayfarer's Camp in Nedaria's Landing:
Ieandra Pael says 'Salutations, Phauna. I'm working on some magic that will protect the ship on the seas. I've never done anything like this before, but I have certainly fashioned new spells and magic over my years on Norrath. I suppose that is why I was asked to help. I met Nedaria many years ago and I believe she trusts me to handle this task. I could use some assistance in collecting some components I need, if you're [interested].'
You say, 'I am interested'
Ieandra Pael says 'I appreciate your offer to help. I need three griffawn beaks from this area. If you could bring them to me, I will be able to compensate you for your time and effort.'
[Give 3 griffawn beaks.]
Ieandra Pael says 'This is perfect and couldn't have come at a better time, I've very close to finishing up a new magic that may protect the ship.'
You gain experience!!
You receive 8 copper from Ieandra Pael.
You receive 6 silver from Ieandra Pael.
You receive 13 gold from Ieandra Pael.
You receive 7 platinum from Ieandra Pael.
Although the griffawns are somewhere in the 30s, it took about 12 hours to gather 3 beaks with a level 65 druid. I can't imagine who would find this quest rewarding.

These are no drop but I can't find anything about what quest they are for. Anyone know?

- Thought Destroyer has returned to the Plane of Hate.
- Check with the Town Crier of your home town for news. There is information about the recent activities of the Wayfarers that should prove interesting.
- We have made some improvements to the Plane of Air avatar rings. We have added a random interval to the respawn time of the Plane of Air avatar rings, placed apparitions at the avatar spawns so that it is possible to tell when the event is available, and the Avatar of Smoke will now respawn properly.
...
And when ya got and read the news scroll, it gave you further hint as to where to find the zone, as well as a little more of the story. (And the Ak'anon news had an amusing story to boot :))

RPG Expert posted an article on this, relative to the new zone they slid in without letting people know. It's much, much like Jaggedpine, although the animals are on different factions, so you won't get teamed up if you fight a panther and a bear walks by.

I thought that during the last patch, I saw some zone files being downloaded, but saw no mention of it while reading the patch message.

There are reports of this zone, off of Jaggedpine.
Nothing much there, though a Wayfarer's Camp is present, just lacks a point merchant, etc ..
I plan on visiting myself to see what is there.

wtf is this zone is it part of next expansion or something? cause link just goes to https://everquest.allakhazam.com/db/
