Valid points to those playing early on a progression server, or just wanting to old school or roleplay:

It's not much anymore, but back in the day this was a pretty good item to have. Having it meant I could hunt willowisps, which meant pretty good money, especially for that time period.

The lightsource also used to come in handy when travelling from Everfrost to Blackburrow - that tunnel used to be basically impassable without a lightsource.

some of you poeple seem to forget how old some of these quests are. this preticuler quest has been here since beta. to even own a magic weapon in that time frame was awesome hehe.maybe they will add to it someday. maybe they already have.the iksar shamans have a cudgel quest too. it starts out bad but ends up prolly one of the best range items a shaman could have.

-the item window pic of this is relatively modern, but a 2016 version wouldn't hurt

-a pic of someone wielding it would be nice as well.
better in the old days.

With the introduction of the Cudgel of Justice from the shaman newbie quest, this quest would be pretty much a huge waste of time now.
