Hunter's barbs are arrows. They are summoned from the Bloody Ancille's Pouch using a regent purchased from any of the Magus' in the Wayfarer's camps. I believe it is called a purified crystal. Simply place the pouch (if you prefer not to equip it) in a general slot and right click it for a stack of Hunter's Barbs. They are not no-rent, so whatever you have left before you camp will be there the next time that you log in. Hope this helps.

Anyone know what the damage bonus for these is at level 65? For my level 40 warrior it's damage bonus of 5.
