why couldnt this have been ALL/ALL <=(
Because that would reward people for choosing classes other than ranger. And thats just silly.

Its a shame that this is the only augmentation with AC on it. Lets hope that there are more in the next expansion.
it says its lore but once you use it can another be looted? and put into a different item?
lore means lore. regardless of what item a lore aug is on.. it remains lore.
Damn this AUG kicks ***. I'd love an extra 25AC on any of those slots. I wish I was a ROG SHM or RNG. :(
