Raw Bamboo costs 0 plat 0 gold 3 silver 2 copper sold by Ghul Rustem on the dock in South Qeynos (buyer level 2 human female monk with 143 charisma) No quantity, so no limit of supply on vendor?

I found two merchants selling Raw bamboo in Erudin, while looking for it in order to craft my newbie armor quest;
These merchants are :
- Teria Finleather
- Borge Finleather
They are both in Erudin Surplus.

In North Freeport the blue building to the left if you're facing OUT the Bank doors. The vendor's name is Alec Greenglade and he sells General Supplies.

Can be found on Dran 'slug' Rembor in Neriak foregin quarters. 198, -244, 3

I looked all over F. Quarters for this guy.
Couldn't find.
I checked every Merch - I can't remember which one - But I got it off of a Ogre Merch.
And wehn I went outside and sold my stuff to the Merch at the gate to Neriak in Nek - that Dark Elf had it as well.
So it may be random - but you should find it somewhere in Neriak - hoepfully from the DE Merch at the gate.

I found mine in Free Port in blue building next to bank from vendor Alec Greenglade. I hear you can get it in almost any city from vendor that sales bandages and torch etc. Raw bamboo looks like wooden flute.
Someone mentioned in the posts on the newb pally greaves that you can buy this at one of the merchs near the bank.

They were gonna give bards the ability to make instraments, but never implemented.
Don't tease the cleric, he might forget to heal you.

It's an unachieved instrument, you can't train wind instrument whit this one, it is NOT usefull to play wind songs and if you do it, singing skill will improve and not wind skill
