I guess if they are changing it on the test server the item is as good as beaten bloody with a nerf bat.

seems silly to make it unlimeted charges and then to turn it back to a single charge. It's rechargable when it is only single charge. If SOE was going to make it have infinate charges, they should at least be decent enough to keep it that way. The S ro part of the quest involves a lot of waiting. I am currently 7th in line for the npc on my server, and she is on a 12 hour spawn timer.
so waiting 3 and a half days, <that is if noone line jumps me, or tries to KS the giant spider.>
is a good amount of time to put in on a quest like this. would be nice if SOE kept the charges unlimeted, but knowing them they will nerf this and i will have to run to an npc to recharge my item that i busted *** for and put in time for, every time i wanna be a frog.
guess if i want a real illusion item i'm gonna have to work on my guk faction and do the wood elf crown quest.....
