where do these drop?
I'm interested as well, not that many good monk shoulder pieces out there, my shoulder piece is perhaps the worst piece of gear I own and I can't find upgrades...
Very true, I'm 58 and still use a Mantle of Stealth because I can't find a different shoulder piece that I like. This one is interesting, it sells for something like 3k on the rathe, pretty stable price, usually 3+ for sale. I think it has a plate look too, which would definitely be unique on a monk.

hate to be the one to break the news, but items in teh shoulder slot dont ever have a graphic...the arms slots do, and cover the shoulders and upper arms of your character, so look for an item with plate graphics in an arm slot is you want

I'm going to guess by the name and stats that it drops in a normal difficulty lvl 65 Rujarkian Hills adventure.
