'a spirit of the old city' dropped it, next to Keeper.
Doesn't have the quest tag as of Jan 15th 08
and still that way
Picked one up from "a spirit of the ruins" today.

It was put in when they re-vamp'd The Hole back in late 2003. We're all just to lazy to do real quests and come look online for the answers - I bet the answer lies in Panieel somewhere - Or maybe a spin off of the Reactivate the Portals quest; where he talks about taking armor from the spirits to make his golums stronger.

This also drop off A citybound spirit. They also drop the rusted sword hilt and a few other No Drop pieces I don't quite remember.
Can someone Indtify what the LORE is on this please. Thanks

Got the drop off of Spirit in The Hole last night. Let's hope someone can figure this one out...
nope not at all ...wish someone did and another thing drops off the spirit of the ruins...a rusted sword hilt. looks like a biolumiecence orb
