This is part of a flute: bards were supposed to be able to make there own instraments but it was never implemented: now if verant would get off there lazy arses and finnish this, I'ed be happy.

What does this item do? Does it increase the effect of your woodwind instrument or is it something to waste your money on? Just curious before I ran out to buy one.
