Where do I find this Flute?

man are u just joking? is there a dark elf bard?? hell no i dont got that choice...
They clearly has a mask of deception. I'm constantly amazed when i get tells from people saying, "how can you be a dark elf bard?"

My guilds highest bard has recently quested and receved this item, from his studys it gives 75% to wind songs!!
75%? I doubt that very much. Usually percentages for instruments equal haste item percentages dropped in zones/mobs.

str 4 int 2? my tamborine has 5 int and it's not planar and considering I can't equip it and this it could at least have 5 int. also can anyone confirm the effect on wind songs of this because the info here says no boost. And yes wind songs are worth finding an instrument to boost if for nothing else than the faction songs although it would be hard to measure a wind instrument's increase to songs. Personally it's a wind instrument it should have some charisma to be appropriate to bard wind songs such as charm and charismatic carillon.
