Slot 1 has been changed to type 1 aug for all 1492 point armor sets.

With the Slot types this item already has, its by far one of the best you'll see....Once you have max 355int you are just focusing on Raw HP, Mana and Sv's for that matter. These are very nice base stats that you can add different types of augs to make it equivelent to elemental gear. The whole purpose of the ldon merchant gear...for those who havent reached elementals yet

Having to agree here, I have absolutely no need for more int and am rather pleased to see the extra saves/hp/mana on these. And Stamina/Charisma/Agil is always a nice bonus for us int casters. With both the type 2's I can rack up on the choice multi/save and the hp/mana combo Augs and still have room for the best part: type 3 slot. I can trick these gloves out to be better than Vex Thal or Elemental Crafted AND pick and choose the extras. 2 Thumbs up here.
