this apears to be a great staff for any class but the charisma would help alot on an enchanter the only drawback is no int on this thing but wis is good for others :-) ps not trying to start anything so please dount start saying stuff like it is a would be good for monk post because is isn't
How often does this thing proc?

procing all depends on your dexterity .. the higher your dex .. more it procs .. same as all procs from weapons .. even soem ranger and other classes that cast buffs on you that make you proc have to do with dex
Delightfull Orb of Forgoten magic blows this thing away.
Im so gonig to try get me one of these.. So much betetr then half the items out there.. And ya dont realy need to raid any mobs or spend hours waiting for mobs to pop. Get to jsut exp and after a few days get a free weap!=D
The great thing about LDoN is that you could get great gear without having ot be in a uber raiding guild, SoE has kept the spirit alive with the release of DoN, the only drawback now is to find the groups to do these lol. This is a great cleric, chanter or druid weapon imho, i would love ot have it on any of those chars.
