Give a regular purchased/dropped Fire Emerald to Drake Mountainstorm (FV loc 895 x -3339) for a stackable "Special Fire Emerald." You can buy a regular Fire Emerald from Drake's wife, Brisha Fyrestone, the vendor standing to his right.
Where can I find this "Special" fire emerald now that the fall of Firiona Vie has eliminated all the vendors in the city? (or am I missing something) If this fire emarald is no longer available then that eliminates the spell: Divine Might.

Looks like they moved the vendors to an outpost in the Northeastern part of the zone... entrance to the outpost is at 650, -1990, and Brisha is in the Northernmost building at 905, -3327

Where exactly in that zone can you find this item? I hear it makes a nice piece of jewelry :o)

nevermind: you have to buy a fire emerald from Brisha Firestone in Firiona Vie (ask her "What about the special fire emerald") and then give it to her husband to get the special one

As I recall, this Fire Emerald is called just that. The only difference you will see in this one and a normal one is that it will not stack -- unless they have modified the item since I obtained it long ago.
