It also helps to remember the recommended level on items. This is a level 23 item with 30 unadjusted mana, IMO that isn't too shabby.

Maybe I am just dense, but what is the point of this ring? The onlything I can come up with is that slot 2 augments are really nice and you could turn this into something....though not sure what.

Nah your'e not dense, but these are correct stats....ya only need a few adventures to get this, and it's not garbage, specially on Rallos where toons in the low teens would otherwise have trouble gettin low-end nodrop rings.

Lol, don't worry you're not dense. This is just another incomplete post of an item's stats. They're in such a hurry to get these items into the database, all they're looking for is the item name and the vendor they're purchased from. People don't care about things as trivial as item stats..... right?
