Having 3 auggy slots is nice. If you find auggies with Haste and Attack bonuses this could be even better than you see here :-)
Just wish it could be wielded by my Pally.....maybe there's another version I'm not aware of yet(still researching).

12/22 7ac for 220 points. Not uber, but pretty good. It has a better dmg/dly ratio(.55) that the damn warrior epic at .58. It is a good weapon that lets warriors or whoever put more money into armor.

This is the kind of item I think should be uber. Not like the "cracked stone greaves of the rat slayer" (it's made up, don't search it, but you get the point.)

actually, with a name like that, I'd expect to see a 'cursed' weapon - maybe negative to one stat, or an annoying proc, like True North, or something. there's too few weapons like that.
Why waste developer time and clog up the DB with those kinds of items that no one would ever use? I guess it's one thing if something like you describe were to drop off of a mob if it went with the funny story of that mob. But to suggest something like that for an item that you save points for and purchase is a really terrible idea. Sorry.
Not to mention the fact that this item has 3 augment slots and is a pretty cheap item to buy in the first place. If you want it to be UBER then you can go and get some nice augments i.e regen, instrument mods and +3 to all stats or some other type of aug.
But whining about it not being UBER when there are way to many decent weapons out there that are already way to cheap is pretty poor IMO. If you want a weapon with nice stats go do your epic or buy a windblade, and stop expecting Time like loot for Crushbone type effort.
