Any idea on average addition this will add to the normal damage range ?

what does it mean "minimum delay of 30" ? it wont fit anything with a lower delay then that?

You are correct. This augmentation cannot be placed ina weapon that has a delay lower than 30. This augmentation was primarily designed for 2 handed weapons.

I have a War Marshall Bladed Staff, I think the delay is 28. So I can't use this Aug for it? :-(

what is a type 5 item?
It is an augment that will only fit in a type 5 or higher slot.
What this means is that nearly all pre-LDoN weapons cannot use this, as they have type 4 slots.
