what do they give cool names to crappy weapons

It's a decent weap, but I'm not sure if it's worth 11K as stated here. I picked one up for 3.2K on Luclin. I mean, for 11k you can get a Blackened Acrylia Blade or a Shortblade of Lightning. Which do more equal too or more damage and have better stats.

11/21 with recommended level of 50 isn't all that hot, considering there are so many easy to get one handers with better ratios. Plus with no proc it wouldn't be a very effective warrior weapon. I can't imagine TOO many lvl 50s who will consider this an upgrade. In fact with damage bonus figured in, this really is no better than a lammy, and has a rec level to boot.
Line this one up with the defender's lightblade and weighty polearm, as among the pretty decent, but not quite good enough to be worth much weapons that sony has added lately.
