this does not seem worth it for the lvl any of the spells are useable. i mean all these things that the armor givbes pallys is crap compared to the warrior set. our helmet gives daring and theirs gets serpant sight. no fair. and the ac is not that great later on.

At what level is this beauty usable? Even if I have to wait for several levels to use it, its still got great AC. Got one last night in bazaar on xev server for 400pp.

According to the stats, it's limitless charges like rest of DW stuff.

Why does this high lvl obtained stuff have low lvl (comparably) effects? Soothe for paladins is a level 30 spell. No stats other than AC on this.

These things go for about 2k in EC as of lately. Didn't used to see many around but they are becoming more and more common.
