In all honesty these have minimal value imho. The AC it gives you is very nice for the slot but the buff is at best just for show. There's a reason why Int casters get this at level 8. It's simply not made for the required level given to it. It should be at about mid 20's and no higher. And if you think about it a Sta item would probably be in the best interest of a melee class at such a level. Of course this is only an opinion.

I just bought these last night on Povar in the bazaar for 2k, and I think it was a wise investment. Got me over the 900ac plateu ( I am only level 44 after all ) but I can't use the effect. I want to say that the effect kicks in once you hit level 46. Only time will tell. Just a few more pieces to get till I have a full set of Cobalt... BP, legs, boots, and wrists.. so I guess it's a lot of pieces afterall now that I think about it. Grrrr! Or a LOT a LOT of plat till I get there... 40k for the BP, 40k for the wrists, 8k for the boots, and I want to say the legs go for about 25k on Povar... Time to go camp Gornit some more! hehehe
Zerar Razorclaws Warrior of the 44th Battle (Banished Few) Povar
Bought mine today for 4kPP awsome peice of armor and the effect raises ac even more not to mention a nice 10+ sv magic which comes in handy being on a PVP server on Vallon Zek.

Easy to get, very very rare drop tho. Drops off zol knights near the zone in in Seb. I won cobalt vambracers today, and I remember the masterlooter freaking out when he looted them ;) My luck, our warrior already had some, and I rolled a 94...
Have you ever zoned with 10Hps left? Or have you survived i battle with less then 20Hp. If you have you are glad that you those arms on you. I myself take all hitpoints I can get. Never underestimate the power of the small numbers and figures :)
That's what I think too, since monsters hit so hard. But a warrior can easily get a lot of HPs with his gear. All these +30 and +25 add up and bring you above 200 HPs bonus easily
Yep. At 55 it's the same...+30 hp, +9 AC, +10 MR. +30 hp and +9 AC are OK (if I'm buffed to 4k, is 30 hp really gonna make a difference?) but the +10 MR is very nice. I never timed it but I believe the effect lasts 20-30 minutes, and shaman Talisman of Kragg/Altuna overwrites it.
Linedan Granite 55 barb myrmidon Spirit of the Moon, Innoruuk
i got some of these as well, a few months ago by the entrance to seb the spell is 6-9 ac 10 mr 30hp that's it. but the vambraces with the spell add about 47 ac i think, so these are really nice vambs
It's one of the most common spells, as all casters get it, and all of one poster get all the effects right, with some of them being EXCEPTIONALLY through the roof. I wish when my 'chanter was level 8 he was able to cast a self-only 300 hp buff. Riiiight.
Voi-farging-la. Do the SLIGHTEST bit of research before posting up such falsities that leads folks to spewing things like "Cazic Thule harm touches every second and it's instakill, unresistable, and unrezzable thereafter, he also makes a mean cup of java."

its a lvl 8 caster spell (all caster get it), it gives you hp 30 ac 8 and ressist magic 10. it stacks with cleric hp / ac buffs but not with the talisman spell series off the shaman (the talis will overwrite it)
