Just for the record an Inny worshiping froglok shadowknight is able to go into Neriak Third Gate and buy these. My Frog SK cons indifferent to the vendor without any faction work or potions. I just walked in. Price was 52.9.6.6 with 101 CHA. Just means you don't have to create and inky to get these if you already have an inny worshiping frog.

or you can do like i did and do the fish wine quest to make yourself ally to the Dark elf no matter what race you are so dont act like its impossible to get it done

yeah really it makes sense that the god of haterd, should only has the regeants to port to his home available in the city of the race that HE CREATED.

use rogue shroud and sneak, or do what i do and just create a dark elf toon to buy the stones with money from shared bank slot.

I tried to purchase this in Neriak.. I'm kos there but went invi'ed.. still would not sell to me.. got in shroud... no sell....went as a dark elf.. no sell..decided I really didn't want the stone anyway...blahhhh

did you stand behind the NPC and use sneak? you should be able to buy from any NPC using sneak.

You can also use this stone one at a time by giving it to Relm M'Loch in PoTranquility. She is in the same building as the stone to PoK. Give her a stone, and then click on her to be ported up.

this is used with the spell Alter plane:hate it is consumed when the spell is cast and it is required to cast the spell ( if you dont know what the spell does, it teleports your group to plane of hate)

I would suggest that people who send you viruses are NOT aware they are doing so. There are so many different kinds that it is hard if not impossible to guarantee that your system will not pick some up unless you have money to spend on virus checkers and such... Many younger players can barely afford the computer they have, much less spend extra money for the software they need to protect themselves and others. It would be nice of you to send them a response telling them that they have a virus (and it's name if you know what one it is) so they are warned and may eventually be convinced they need the protection, but if you don't they will probably never find out. Smart mouth messages about those who send them to you do nothing.

The soulstone is still only availble in Neriak.
