Posted: Oct 06 2003 at 6:09 PM, Rating: Sub-Default, (Expand Post) I would have to disagree with SoE, I think this really sucks for the price, even if it was like 30 AP, i dont think its worth it, i mean, maybe if they boosted the saves to around 12 each, it might be ALMOST worth it, but ya gotta think about it, 5 adventure points average per adventure and lvl 38ish, so, thats alot of adventures, plus it sucks for a lvl 38 or so. I'm not real happy bout SoE's decision, but hey, what can ya do?

Sorry I have to disagree with you. This isnt a great BP but is certinly dosent suck. and for only 48 points (currentely lvl 50 and been doing LDoN regularly since I was 25) I now have enough to buy this. The only reason I wont is I burrowed the gear I had on my warrior.
Now look closely at this armor. With 2 augments a type 2 (multible stats) and a type 3 (effects) this can be VERY nice. Find yourself a nice resist augment and the FT 1 chest only augment from EF and this become a SUPERIOR BP. and if not the Resist augment then pick up a decdnt stat upgrade or a AC augment.
I cant tell you how many possibilities for this piece of armor there. I pisses me off to see people expect to see every piece of armor needing 50+ AC and +15 to stats and saves. 3 Years ago this would have been one of the best BP's you can get. Now people think its crap because they can buy better in the bazaar. Right now this is comparable to my BP (steel wrapped BP from LoY a little bit better not by much) and it is a worthy upgrade to ANYONE that dosent have a Main that can twink them. Twinking and the Bazaar have really hurt this game more than people realize. (I have fallen to the same deamon just like everyone else MoTFC bought in the bazaar for 48pp, seen it as low as 20pp) But just because you can get better in the bazaar dosent mean that every thing needs to be uber with outstanding stats. /em rantoff

Note sugarbearcsa's post at the top of the page... apparently, at the time of GambitTheGreatt's posting, Alla had the wrong stats up for this item. If I had to guess, Gambit was going by the incorrect item stats, which I'm assuming were worse than they are currently shown as.

Stats for this are wrong. I don't remember the exact stats, but base AC is 32, not 22.
