Only High Elves can make this armor from what I'm reading and it seems most of the cultural.
Im positive the Koada'Dal one is for High Elves only.
Which would answer why you couldnt make it.

I tried to make this on a wood elf druid last night and it wouldn't let me combine in the forge. The Koada 'Dal one. Then I tried in the Fier'Dal forge in Kelethin and the same thing. What forge can I use to make the piece? I'm beyond confused on this one. Thanks!

Can all elves make this armor? or is it just one certain type, but all elves (not inkies) can wear? This stuff is great. I would be willing to buy full set of this on Ayonae Ro
Its about time trade skills were actually worth persuing. I have seen these sell in the region of 40K, I expect that will drop a little

You forgot the final combine which is around 250 trivial.

These are made with blacksmithing as the primary craft skill though others may be involved also. Note that even with blacksmithing at 250, these are never trivial, that they require multiple blue diamonds to create, and that in some respects this armor is better than Skyshrine and Kael plate armors for some classes. You can assume that a BP like this will cost several tens of thousands of plat.
In fact, they do not need multiple blue diamonds. Here is the recipe:
enchanted mithril jointing
moonlight temper
leather padding
elven smithy hammer
proper plate armor mold
varying numbers of infused mithril sheets (quantities are a guess, based on mithril plate armor)
Visors, Collars, Bracers, and Boots - 1 infused mithril sheet
Helms, Pauldrons, Girdles, Vambraces, and Gauntlets - 2 infused mithril sheets
Breastplates, Cloaks, and Greaves - 3 infused mithril sheets
To have everything trivial (except the final armor combine, which likely cannot be trivial), you will need 136 Brewing skill and 31 tailoring.
