I believe it used to drop off Lord Yael in the Hole. However, since the revamp of the Hole, it's possible it doesn't drop anymore.

This is not meant to be a melee belt although it can be used as one. The effect of summoning haste III makes this an ideal item for a mage or necro. THAT is who this item is really meant for. Plenty of other belts for melee of this quality or better but VERY few obtainable summoning haste III items.

To the person saying TBB is in Gfay. Unless it drops multiple places it is found on the Ghoul Suplier in LGUK assassin room.
I have it on one character but picked this Brells Girdle up for 2800 for my warrior. I think its an awesome belt to be able to buy.

No use for a warrior you dont need the mana nor neg agi and dex save up for a RBG unless you got a cloak of flames you need haste and with positive stats

what he meant was a tbb bought in gfay, gfay is or was the auction-zone on his server.
Picked this up tonight. If you are a warrior and have the option of using this or a TBB, use this (at least at lvl 52 anyways). At 52 I got 4 more AC using this over the TBB despite the negative agility. The stamina added around 30 more hp too. Not a bad item to pass down to an alt when you get better either, no matter what class they are.

I like Azgoroth's belt of defense much better (spelling?). Has 20ac and 15str, way better than TBB. Also has 15 wis, so would be good for wis hybrids too. Only thing is it's no drop from Maidens eye near the Akheva zone.

-5 Dex -- If I'm not using a procing weapon or archery, who cares.
-5 Agi -- Not good, though just means this is more like 8.5AC than 10AC
10 Sta -- VERY VERY Good -- that's close to 50 hps for me, and I am willing to give up AC for HPs when you get enough of them.

Just popping in to say don't bash the newbies, you were one remember. Back when you killed that Orc Pawn just cuz it had a cool Rusty Scythe. It's not worth 40K.
The weight is geared towards a monk, however the penalties hurt a monk the most. AND any self respecting monk is likely to have a haste item on the waste anyway.
Hence the 3K value that someone tossed on it. Also, since it'll take a 50+ level raid to get to it, I think a TBB from Gfay is a better alternative than this.

It is a nice belt for any pet class, especially shamans and necros. Even mages.
You have HP, and mana - both of which shamans and necros need, plus the faster casting of pets.
With the new POP stuns available, I was able to stun the so called "bosses" of the Hole including Yael.
I don't know if it affected DT cycle, but I was SA and didnt get DT after MA went down.
Now I have two stuns to help out on it now I am lvl 65.
