Not a bad little addition to a late 40's SK. The knotted belt of the ravenous is cheap and very popular and the Recommended level is a lot less, However this has decent saves and two slots and at 150pts it's not all that bad. As a pally i'd say no but 5 int is good for an SK.
Sk's and pallies have to look at all stats, except Wisdom/Cha for SK and INT for pally. so getting items which add to the main atributes, in this case Agility and Stamina and decent AC it's nice to pick up that little extra mana on the way.
