Wow with 3 slots to fill you can make this cape even more uber... Seems like an item well worth saving those points up for. Kudos on the people with enough points to get it. And augment it with some wis or int or some sta and str and you've got a darn nice hybrid/melee back slot(asuming you can augment those types into the slots given), it's no CoF, but hey, what you can get with what you are, just makes you a little bit more uber everyday.
