Do Everfrost LDoN adventure missions with a group. You'll get points after every successful mission (or a smaller number of points if you finish within 30 minutes of failing one). They are stored with the adventure merchants, and you right click one to see what you can buy and how many you have.

I got this spell the other day and it's a lot of fun. I can confirm that it does 430 per tick and I've seen it do up to 511 per tick with Burning Affliction 4. It does get resisted occasionally (when soloing in HoH) but seems to get resisted a bit less often than EB. It's also nice to use in places like LDON where it gives you close to 90 dps by itself and it will often do full damage due to its speed (lasts 30 seconds). It's much easier for me to get over 100 dps in LDON now (don't have Pyre yet) without spending much mana. It should also be nice on raids. The only drawback is that it's somewhat less mana efficient than other spells due to being conjuration.

the spell is goten from adventuring in the miriguls dungeons, which has litle or no undead for necros to be efficient with thier undead nukes. shoulda been from MMC adventures as thats where all the undead are. just my thoughts heh.

To be fair, while undead nukes are certainly not the backbone of a necros effeciency, a necro in Guk or Mistmoore is much more helpful due to the necro's ability to mezz and slow. The chances of having the right mob around for a charm (there is only one per theme) when the situation for it comes up is too remote to keep a spell slot in use).

I will grant though that I never used my undead nukes, and only very rarely used the undead dots long ago when leveling.

The poster was probably (one would hope) just too low-level to realize that those nukes are not terribly useful at the level you would seek to attain this spell.

This spell is a ultra fast high damage dots for necros to use when mobs just dont last that long.

In beta it did 428 points of damage and adds curse counters. I killed many players with this spell in beta in the arena.

I dont think the FEAR1 data is correct i cast this on lots of mob and never got any message about fear nor did they run

Clerics get an aa which is an aoe fear/dot vs undead. It is almost completely useless since if the mob is lvl 56 it automatically resists the fear which makes it resist the dot too. Unless this spell is formulated different the same thing should happen.
