Been using this since level 5 on my Beastlord. Proc for 50pts at level 5, BIG help. Dinged 14 last night, and procs sometimes 5 times on reds in PC. Once had it proc 3 times back to back.
I reported this the first day of LDON when my main picked it up in rujarkian hills adventure. Created a beastlord just to be able to use it! At the time (lvl 1), as you can see, the stats were too low. Started using it as lvl 14 when damage showed that it would hit for 7... in fact, it seems to hit for a flat 25hps on virtually every strike that connects, and it does proc at this level (14), though not often. Oh yeah, and it's a really cool graphic!
