My group was 35-36 and this dropped. We were doing a difficult adventure though. I won it in a roll, this is great for my 35 cleric. (This is my main, so no twinking for me)
This was a good drop for my LVL 38 Druid...won it in a roll. Pretty nice for me, at least until I can afford something better since this is my main. Wisdom and mana are my main need right now =)
picked this up on 2/22/04 from a "Harvester Deadhealer" blue to me at 42, average group level was 41.

Nice isnt it got one for my cleric from MM, usually there is only one named in a dungeon, so play a lot of LDON... my group went from 39-45 and the mask dropped.

for those who don't know named mobs(first letter is capital) are random and drop random loot depending on the average lvl of your party
loaded this item 2 days, from 2 different named mobs, in Mistmoore Catacombs. 2 different sub zones, but it was definately in mistmoore catacombs both times. the groups were around level 45, as i was playing my 45th monk.
i have no clue what the monsters names were. they were almost exactly like normal monsters, except with no "a" in front of their name.
