A nice set of boots, but like I said on my post, Ornate is better normally ... except for the fact that you can sell these back leter, wheras you cannot sell the finaly combine on the ornate.

IMHO: Depending on wether you plan to wear these boots for a while and/or wether you plan to swap them with an alt you would be almost better off buying an ornate mold. The price is about the same or less dependingon server and such, even with the money you have to give out to make the boots. Fewer HP/AC and such, but the focus effects help out a lot if you are not maxxed on Mana Regen (for caster classes):

The price on these is totally wacked. Sure they are rare and yes they are good...but most cultral armor is only off by maybe 4 ac. yes yes this is 85 hp and say cultrual is 30 or something but give me a break that doesnt warrent 85k MORE then cultural! See a few for sale on Bertoxx. Guess what? They still for sale like 3 months later...especially for a warrior where most of these staz except hp and dex are a waste. Just my 2cp

85 hp and 85 mana makes it well worth that price that is better then ornate. I sold my pair for 80k withing a hour of putting it up.

65 is a lot easier to get nowadays. I'm not in a raiding guild and I am lvl 65, buying these seems like a good investment. They actually are more tempting than the Ornate Boots as while I'd lose FT3, I'd gain a lot more in terms of HPs/Mana, AC and stats.
To a group doing a Hard adventure, I'd expect they'd already have better or near enough it wont make a big difference. but to the more casual player, these are very nice.

Its not "required", its "recommended". That means u can wear them with a lower level. You would only have lesser stats, depending on your actual level.

This dropped for us today. Lvl 65 group on hard setting. It dropped from Trueborn Conspirator.

I won these boots from a group adventure (hard setting) a few nights ago. However I cannot remember the name of the mob that dropped these. My Bard now wears them.
