At the moment Alla's only lists recipes for the druid and shaman versions of this spell, but the ranger and beastlord versions can also be crafted. Beastlord spell requires:

Shm is in BB for 32 points. Dru is in Everfrost for 48 points. Beastlord is in BB for 72 points. The spells for 250 points are indoor wolf form, not indoor sow :)

I don't know all the prices and locations offhand, but this and spirit of the shrew are sold at different camps depending on your class. They are not one class fits all, and neither is the price. The shaman version of pack shrew is the cheapest I think, at about 30 or so AP. The ranger version is about 200 AP, etc... You have to find out which camps the ones for your class are at and how much they cost. I'm sure Ala will be updating as the info comes pouring in.

I saw this in the adventure merchant's inventory for 34ap but It was listed as shaman only, I thought this was a BST spell aswell =(

But each of the classes (DRU, SHM, etc) have their own spell in a specific camp. IE. Beastlord has their spell in Butcherblock. Shaman's have their spell in a specific camp, that's not BB, etc, etc, etc.
