Lost Dungeons of Norrath
From the LDoN Raid: Takish-Hiz: The Palace Grounds.
Is this indeed raid-only, or does it also drop in 65-hard?
I gotta say it's the nicest item I've seen for wrist-slot on an int-caster. We all get magic-based DDs and while the stats are not quite elemental in caliber, certainly the types 2 and 3 slots make it worth it! Imagine using those two slots for:

That would make it regen2/ft2 in addition to it's base focus effect.... ahhhh
Or you could just use the type 2 slot for extra HP/mana.

The Description does not list that there is INT on this item. If you look at the picture it does show that there is infact +10 INT on this item. Thought it was a bit wierd that it was for a caster, but no INT.
