Above it says it is used in quests... what quests? i have searched all over the site and no quest mentions the wooden totem...

yES BB IS PLACE FOR THIS, AND QUITE RARE IT IS, I PICKED IT OFF A GNOLL SHAMAN. MY 22 FROG SHAMAN HAS CARRIED IT IN PLACE OF A USELESS SHIELD-SOO I SACRIFICE AC FOR MANNA +10.NOW THAT THEY NERFED KEI ILL INCREASE MANNA POOL ANY WAY I CAN. ANY WHO IT LOOKS LIKE A DOLLY WHEN EQUIPED, AND NOT BAD FOR FREE LOOT. BUT I DONT THINK I WOULD PAY MORE THAN A FEW PLAT FOR IT- IF AT ALL.

This item also drops in Permafrost. I looted 2 of them there over the last couple days, but I'm not sure of the MOB that drops it. I have also looted one off of Mooto in Misty Thicket, but it has been awhile since I have hunted there.

I found two of these in Ocean of Tears on the gobbie isle while hunting the Goblin headmaster. I believe they dropped off the gobbie shamen I was smacking around. Still no clue to their quest significance, however.

Yes, it drops in Blackburrow, off a shaman, pretty rare tho.

I killed a Gnoll Shamen wit my tank but it didnt drop the Totem I was mad cuz i ahd to run all around lookin for the gnoll then someone trained a bunch of elite gaurds men on me 8) Ding lvl 16 hehehehe

For sure they drop off the gnoll shaman in Blackburrow. Don't know if its a constant drop.
The Gnoll High Shaman is a pretty rare spawn. I would say with about 8 hours of camping he didn't show up once. Just today as I was passing through, he showed up on track and I went down to take him out. No problem for a 32 Druid, but he didn't drop anything. No Wooden Totem.
