I wouldn't let a twink wear this past 45 if it had stats...this is sad lewt, sorry to say it, when you can get this Fine Dark Cloak, with about the same ammount of work, and effort...dunno what peeps thinkin at SoE.

Yup I bought one cost 4k on Ayonae Ro saw them yesterday going for 5k to 10k. When I bought it didnt know where it droped and Allakhazam didnt have it listed yet.

This dropped in MM with full 65 dungeon on normal setting. Mob was called "Scion Deathmender" and it was a mini not a main.

We got 3 of these, all of them from the vampire fang collection quests (1 cloak per quest) today on Xev. Wasn't an upgrade for anyone so group simply greed rolled on all of them.

Edit: Also, just so people don't misunderstand, they dropped off nameds in the catacombs during the collection adventures, they were not rewards.

Group was purely 65s, adventure difficulty was on normal.

I replaced my Cloak of Maelstrom with this. I was somewhat disappointed it didn't have more augmentation slots available. Would be nice to add FT, regen or AoB to it.

Droped in MMcat of a DB named to me at 63 i was 63 rest of the grp was 65 easy kill to all of about 1min max hit 500something necro mob had specter pet i would assume 60-62in lvl. Avg mob where hittinh 390max
