Drops in Everfrost dungeon also. Got one last night for my 65 Warrior on Rodcet Nife.

This dropped in a guk scenario also, so it's likely that it's a common drop across most if not all themes.

Pretty sure this drops in every theme from LDON. We found a couple in an adventure in Mistmoore Catacombs.
