This item looks terrific for an evil char. Too bad there isnt a better version of it that a lvl 65 would use.

Found one on a vendor in the EC tunnel. Gave it to my level 18 Iksar Necromancer. He looks BAD!

I agree about the look and since i roleplay as a evil paladin when not playing my ranger my pally has one of these skulls on a stick
