This dropped off a random mob in MM adventure. Full 65 group on normal setting. I've also had one drop in Guk, same set up and off a random trash mob.

Woot I picked up the one that gives +4 AGI will log on tonight and post info on it.. seems like It droped off of a random mob. Lvl 46-40 dungeon in mistmoore.. quest needed to rescue some dude..
