Frosted Steel Bracer  

 

Hmmm.. almost same stats as sentient bracer but has 2 more ac and +6vs cold, but upgradable and not just sk anymore. Going to be some happy iksar and sk's out there and possibly some bards, who would probably benifit most out of these. Augment some strength or dex or stamina or some more saves and you got some pretty nice bracers. Any idea if anyone can craft these or are they specific race only? Any info would be much appreciated.
