Just to let you guys know.
I was in Field of Bone today (Sept 27) and a very twink shaman was using it and it was proc'n at lvl 3. So i would assume it procs from lvl 1 on up. Was doing around 168 damage every time it fired too.

Confirmed procs at lvl 1, plvling my enchanter with this. I equiped at lvl 1 an yup, booms for 150 i think at 1, and goes up from there. Horrible stats at the lvl but who cares with that proc? Chantie already 25 and still usin it :)

Btw, you cant add another proc to the augment slot cause proc augments are type 4, but still a very nice weapon.

This procs at level 10...confirmed today (Sep 21st). I picked one up in Bazaar (on 7th Hammer) and tried it out in Crushbone. It proc'd a few times for 210 and once for 128 ish (must have been mitigated)

Firmed proc is 320 and lv 65, with IG3 this could do 640 critical blast very often , like another version of SoD.
Btw got this 25k in drinal yesterday , works well if you have a druid / shaman debuff your target's Cold Resist.

It looks sweet, has nice damage, and has a huge proc, but it also is main hand only and has a rather high recommended level. Looks like it could have made an excellent sk/pal only weapon if they would have made the dmg higher and/or the delay lower. Already seen a few people trying to sell this on Fennin Ro, price is around 35-40k

So I put this on my Shaman cause its pretty pink sparklies. Pink Sparklies Main hand, green sparklies off hand. **pretty shaman** Sorry beastlords.

I am the frist one in seen with it one Solusek Ro, I always porc 320 unless the mob is 61+ i seem to have randoms.. Im just a bard hehe and I do 85-127 hits with it. Wait till i add a augment porc on top of it ot will reall own.. With 265dex and 265 str i dont get a agro in grp either... Relii `Wind`Song` (Wild Dragons)

Just confirmed it procs at least as low as Lev 40, and on my 40 Beast it procced for full 320 :)> OMG insane PL weap for the Kat haha. GL!
Also procs on my 35 monk....with Copper Hammer of Striking in offhand, I do approximately 1000dmg per fight in procs alone....the proc more than makes up for the delay. If I get aggro in a group, I just feign it off. Very nice weapon indeed.
Dropped off Ehco of Miragul in normal mode. Blue to 65. Three 65's and three high 50's in group. Quest was to kill 54 mobs. killed the 54th, then went after named. and that plague mites DoT from hitting the frozen tables hurt....alot.
Equipped it has a PoP glowing fist look.

Dropped for us from Enchanted Ice Mass. Encountered it on a normal difficulty rescue mission, average group level 63. Same model as the regular Brutes, same kind of fight. He didn't hit me, but I was told max was 800ish. Slowable. Enrages.

I see people talking about the delay, but this would be great for any class if you can manage the agro. The HUGE proc can make up for any delay problem you have with it, and it has an augment slot that might increase the DMG, or a host of other things i suppose

would b sweet weith epic in offhand and frenzy of spirit this weapon would own lol plus at 63 ull more than likely group with chanter or shammy who haste very nice haste and at 63 beastlords get 50% haste so the delay aint to much of a prob :o)
Pity its not usable in both slots otherwise it would be nice to use while kiting with my bard, nice int and extra mana is always good, just a shame you couldn't use TDoK's with it.
But seriously if this dropped and I was on my beastlord I would not want it other than to sell...you may say haste means its not much of a prob, but I would rather stick with my WLK, better ratio and although i'd be hitting for a lot more with this it just isn't something i'd be willing to go for.

This item was very easy to obtain for it's stats. With the augments it's going to get even better. Not really a replacement for an Epic's stats, but it's a nice toy to play around with. Being that it's droppable, I figure it will go for 10k eventually

I had this on beta...dropped in level 65 normal adventure, I believe...has pink fist + particles graphics
