I have been camping the room for almost 8 hours and no Bother! What is the location of his PH?

I have no idea what SoE uses to determine how often an item drops off a named mob or if they change the drop rate from time to time or if it is just random. I do know that sometimes they do nerf drop rates on items they think are becoming too common. With camping the same named mobs a long time getting over 20 to pop I can tell you some items can be rare then become common then rare again. If you look through post on items you will see people getting 3 or 4 in a row of one item then they say that is the common item, then people saying they got 3 or 4 of the other one and not the "common one" Some mobs do have items that are rare drops. I have camped mobs that dropped the same item over and over then they will start droping another item over and over. Looking in the bazaar helps a little in finding what is common and not common. I say a little because there is also the I want or need factor, and the price factor :) Now the point after an eassay of words :) heeheh
Don't jump to saying something is rare or common just because it is rare or common to you :)

Ive been killing this guy with a 65Bst duo with a 61Clr, works well...he has dropped 3 earings and no claw...which is a pain for me cause Im wanting the claw. I think the spawn must be telepathic to your needs.
