If you see someone selling this for a high price in Bazaar they are probably buying plat.
It has no use other than the errand in Gukta or vendor fodder.

Spiderling Flesh sells for 0 plat 0 gold 1 silver 4 copper when offered to Merabo Sotath brewing merchant in PoK by level 68 human ranger with 164 cha... Current bazaar price unavailable... You can buy this from a vendor for 0 plat 0 gold 1 silver 5 copper (do not know any particular vendor... I sold one to see the price... I did not buy it back... smile...)
These also drop off the spiderlings spawned when you kill the recluse spiders in Goru kar... no idea what level they are, grey to the personae I am hunting with...

This item dropped off a crescent spiderling in Crescent Reach. Must be an extremely rare drop off these, as it is the first and only one I've seen in well over 2000 kills of the various Crescent Reach spiderlings.

You get sent to Zok Gluchh in Gukta after you see Karupp in the Lorekeeper's Pit (near the Baking Merchants), he wants a Spiderling Flesh for bag making.

Zok Gluchh in the merchantile in Gukta wants this.
4? i forget. You get sent to him after talking to Lorekeeper Jrarek who tells you to talk to Lillis in the tavern. She sends you on an errand and when you bring her what she wants she sends you to the Gluchh guy. I think that's how it goes and i don't remember whether you have to be a certain level before they'll talk to you or not. Hope this gets you started in the right direction.
