Tribute for 11 favor... It seems to be marked as a quest item here, and tradeskill in game. Has anyone tried to combine it with anything or found a quest on it? I would like to find out what it's used for before just saying it's vendor fodder. I and others have used items like this to skill up smithing or other tradeskills even though they don't make very good things anymore.

* Wish "they" would update armor from older quests and drops*. Even though the items are older, there should be more value added to these type of things so people actually use them other than for cash loot or tribute.
