Killed this mob about 15 times had it drop 3 times, every other time he drops plat or the necklace, most common is necklace.
Needless to say when it dropped last time I was a happy Berserker.

Was trying to sneak my way to Thought Leech's when this fool saw through my invis... trained him to zone out and fd'ed the adds... started fight and realized he wasn't a complete joke... fight took 60m and a 4000+ harm touch, finished at about 50% health. Best solo item I've gotten so far as a 65 SK, was pleased with it.
